Special cancellation conditions

We offer our guests who book directly on our website the option to cancel free of charge until 10:00 AM on the day of arrival. Of course, you can always choose to reschedule your reservation. Different cancellation policies apply to group bookings. The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) apply to group bookings (5 rooms or more). For group bookings with different price and cancellation policies, the hotel will contact you if necessary.

In case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.

Your credit card information is optional and serves only as a guarantee for the booking. Your credit card information is only required to guarantee the booking if you arrive later than 5:00 PM on the day of arrival. The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of your credit card. Payment is made at the hotel; your information is only required to guarantee the booking.

If you have booked a Non-Refundable / Prepay & Save / Hot Deal rate or package, the following conditions apply: Your credit card details are required to book this offer. This booking cannot be changed or canceled. When booking, you agree that the full price of your stay will be charged directly to your credit card and that refunds are non-refundable.
